By acquiring $KOON, you agree to participate in the Rakoonverse and access its services. The Company, Distributor, and their affiliates contribute to the Rakoonverse's underlying source code but act solely as arms-length third parties in relation to the $KOON distribution, and not as financial advisors or fiduciaries.

The Token Documentation is a conceptual paper that outlines design principles and ideas for the $KOON digital token. It is intended for general informational purposes and does not constitute a prospectus, offer document, solicitation for investment, or contractual relationship. Agreements regarding the distribution or transfer of $KOON are governed solely by the separate terms and conditions of such agreements.

💡 $KOON Token Characteristics​

$KOON tokens:

  • Do not have tangible or intrinsic value.
  • Are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or equivalent.
  • Do not confer any rights or interest in the Company, Distributor, or their affiliates.
  • Do not represent a loan, security, commodity, or any financial instrument.
  • Do not provide ownership or legal rights in the Company, Distributor, or affiliates.

No regulatory authority has reviewed or approved any of the information set out in the Token Documentation or Website. There are no obligations to update the documentation, and participation in the distribution of $KOON is prohibited where such distribution would be considered the sale of a security or financial service.

🚫 No Distribution​

The Token Documentation or Website must not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without the Company or Distributor's prior written consent. By attending any presentation or accepting any copy of the Token Documentation, you agree to be bound by these limitations.
